putting down a heat exchange junction makes the junction invisible and unable to be removed without help from an admin

Issue Description

I put down a heat junction in space, it spawned invisible and I couldn't place any more pipes on that tile because the junction was there, and after an admin deleted it any heat exchange pipes I put on that tile were also invisible, also on station the plating sprite was replaced with a junction

What did you expect to happen?

Pipes to be visible to the naked eye for convenience of using them

What happened instead?

The pipe was invisible and I had to ahelp to be able to make the SM work

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Pipes should be visible to the naked eye

Probably an issue with #28590 if I had to guess, last time I did atmos was like a week ago

Was the junction connected to any other pipe? Supply, scrubber and H/E junctions all have this when they are unconnected to any other pipe, placing another valid pipe on either end should make both visible and work fine, you can interact with them in the alt click menu if you need to unwrench them, this has been the case for a while although is still probably unintended just easy to deal with.

it was connected to a pipe inside the station, so it probably wasn't that

Alt clicking the tile should open a list of objects on that turf on the right side. You can interact with it there.

alt clicking didn't work, shift clicking didn't work, an admin had to VV it I believe
