Add notes popover to items #7

At the moment the notes are only visible in the app but not on the shareable packing list. It'd be great if there was one more column for notes.
@maplethorpej I can take a look at this if you want ✌️ I could copy the radix ui Popover you're using in the app or try to implement the shadcn ui Popover since you're implementing Sonner from shadcn ui in the app and seem to be going that direction. ;) Let me know what you think!
