Provide Dockerfile/docker-compose.yml for frontend

I just discovered this project, it looks great!
I'm interested in hosting my own instance for personal use on docker but there only is docker files for the API, it would be great if the docker-compose.yml would include the frontend as well. Or even images on dockerhub for use.

I'll put some effort into this if find the time, but maybe it's something easy for you to provide with a better understanding of the components :)
