Protein-DNA complexes

Hello,
Can AlphaBridge run AlphaFold3 predictions that contain protein-DNA complexes? Because it doesn't seem to be working for me.

It can run on protein-NA complexes as you can see from our biorXiv paper. So there must be something else wrong. Can you share your AlphaFold output with us and if possible the code of your AlphaBridge run?
Keep in mind that it is summer vacation so it may take us a bit longer to figure this out.
