[Suggestion] Add tooltips for items

Hey, thank you for your work on this amazing mod. I really enjoy tinkering with it and I hope the github repository will remain active.

In the original OpenComputers mod when you hover over an item with pressed shift you can see a nice, short description of it like this:

Would you consider adding a similar description to items from your mod? Currently there is no such a thing and they look like this:

currently we don't have regular maintainers, but you can always make pull requests ;)

For a short description of items/blocks you can also take a look into the OpenComputers manual, which has a section with the OpenSecurity Wiki in it
