Guide for running the script #2

Hello,

thanks for publishing this code, it's a great tool to improve your peer health. I just have a couple of questions in regards to the functionality

  1. What is the best place to obtain the peer_list.txt from? Is it the addrbook.json from the node config once the validator has been running for a while? I created a script for extracting that so I am more than happy to make a PR
  2. Where do you put the final_peers_for_validators.txt, is it the persistent_peers in config.yml? i have done that and surprisingly, a lot of peers from the list seemed to be offline and the node had issues getting a connection after restart (although I have been testing on Nillion testnet so might be different on mainnet).
  3. Would you recommend deleting addrbook.json after applying the script so it's getting refreshed with peers that provide a better connection? Maybe in a regular fashion with crontab

Overall, it would be nice to include a practical usage guide in the documentation. Thanks for the answer and let me know if you are interested in the PR! Petr
