Add missing alt text for accessibility compliance

Problem

Several images throughout the documentation are missing proper alt text, which affects accessibility for users with screen readers.

Files to Review

• All markdown files in docs/ directory
• Check for images with empty or generic alt text
• Ensure descriptive alt text for screenshots, diagrams, and GIFs

Examples Found

• Various screenshots of GitHub interfaces
• GIFs showing workflows
• Diagrams and illustrations

Acceptance Criteria

• All images have descriptive alt text
• Alt text follows accessibility best practices (concise but descriptive)
• Screenshots describe what is shown, not just 'screenshot'
• GIFs describe the action being demonstrated
