Update deprecated OpenSauced Workspace and Insights feature tutorials #263

Problem
Several chapters contain detailed tutorials for creating OpenSauced Workspaces, Repository Insights, and Contributor Insights. These features are no longer available since the platform is deprecated.
Files to Update
- docs/becoming-a-maintainer/metrics-and-analytics.md (major sections on Workspaces and Insights)
- docs/becoming-a-maintainer/your-team.md (Repository and Contributor Insights references)
- docs/becoming-a-maintainer/building-community.md (talent identification features)
Suggested Solution
Replace with modern alternatives:
- GitHub native repository insights and analytics
- Contributor.info for contributor tracking
- GitHub Teams for team management
- Update tutorials to reflect current best practices
Acceptance Criteria
- Remove or update all deprecated feature tutorials
- Provide working alternatives where possible
- Maintain educational value of the content
- Update related screenshots and GIFs
