- record to cloud
- get presentation slides from presenters
- upload raw recording to YouTube
- update OSS site (on project and session page)
- upload presentation to Google Slides
- link presentation to OSS Sessions
- publish on social media the video
- see if this is a session that we need to create small videos (and if it is, add it to the list)
- put link with video and slides on the project's or topics Slack channel
- CC on Social media the organiser of that session posts that reference that video (i.e. we need to make it super easy for the organiser to share that view)
