bugs: weird shapes, known errors

the data needs to be reviewed:

• optical (weird shapes etc.) via http://kap.grade.de/int-chart-ol2.html
• missing chart numbers, names, coords, ... (.pdf /.csv)
• coords wrong, eg. E<W or N<S (.ods/.xls)
• ...
