Error "Multiple objects for the same URI" when providing two URIs in device form

Hi,

I tried to add a new device in my instance Siduri. At the end of the form, there is an input text cell asking for an URI. If I let the URI checkbox checked and I fill the cell, the device is created twice with the error "Multiple objects for the same URI". I can't open or delete the device after that. This error has been reproduced in the OpenSILEX sandbox with the device name "Test-Agnès".

Is it possible to remove this cell to prevent generation of this error?
