1.12.2 - Tier 5 inventory expander only allows up to 32 items per slot

Issue Description:

The Tier 5 Inventory Expander only allows up to 32 items per slot, instead of the 64 referenced in the tooltip.

What happens:

Only 32 items can go into each slot.

What you expected to happen:

64 items going into each slot.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up a turret base
2. Add a Tier 5 Inventory Expander
3. Try putting a 64-stack of items in
