Add profile chooser dropdown in interface

Trainer feedback about the ammount of clicks to switch profiles has made it clear that we need to include an easy way to switch between profiles from any page. We should add a "profiles" dropdown on the top right hand side of **every** page to allow a trainer to create a new profile or load any profiles that currently exist.
