Process scan on Windows leaks process handles leading to a memory leak

arRPC's usage of WMIC on windows leads to an invisible memory leak. It seems like the cmd.exe and WMIC.exe processes are not cleaned up correctly, leading to memory usage from the inaccessible "zombie" processes over time.
