DLL/so error, ocap not in writing state

[AdmiralGhoster]

i have set up the web side of things and that side appears to be working as intended (aka site appears on localhost:8499). but when i try and record a test mission the ocap logs say OCAPLOG/ocap-main.20251120_100437.log
