Clickable diary entires not appearing for admin

1. Join server, login as admin
2. Select mission and start it
3. OCAP starts recording once the player minimum is reached, no clickable entries for admin.

Haven't run

allPlayers select {
  _x getVariable ["ocap_hasAdminControls", false];
};

yet but will do so next time.
Issue appears regulary, I barely ever see the map controls.

Diary entries do appear if recoding has already started and admin connects/logs in afterwards.
