Build of N4JS type definition projects still using an obsolete nexus server

The build for the N4JS type definition projects in repository https://github.com/NumberFour/n4jsd is still using an old, internal nexus server that is now obsolete.

Remove the obsolete nexus server and replace it by whatever npm registry is appropriate (i.e. the public npm registry or a different internal nexus).
