NethLink: Phone Island does not appear in the foreground when full-screen applications are active #7762

We observed that the phone island does not appear in the foreground when any application is running in full-screen mode (browser, applications, viewers, or any other software that occupies the entire screen).
In these scenarios, the phone island is active but does not display on top as expected.

During the reseller’s tests, when connected to a Remote Desktop session from a Windows PC and a call arrives, the phone island does not appear.
The RDP session does not cover all monitors, so a local desktop remains active with NethLink running, where the phone island should normally appear.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start any application or browser in full-screen mode

  2. Receive a call while NethLink is running on the local desktop

  3. Observe that the phone island does not appear in the foreground

Expected behavior

The phone island should always appear in the foreground on the local desktop, regardless of full-screen applications.

Actual behavior

The phone island remains behind the full-screen application and is not visible to the user.
