NethVoice CTI: Caller and operator name truncated in Operator cards #7759

Description

@andrea-marchionni

In the Operators section, the compact Operator card view has layout issues that affect readability during calls:

  1. Caller name too constrained during incoming/active calls
    When a call arrives to a queue or operator, the card shows the caller’s name and two action buttons (“Pick up” and “Reject”).
    The area allocated to the caller name (next to "ringing") is too narrow, causing the text to overflow or end up underneath other UI elements. When the caller name isn’t readable, users cannot properly identify or manage the call.

In the grid view, spacing is better, but both layouts should be aligned visually and functionally.

  1. Operator name truncated excessively when the caller name appear
    When an operator is in a call, the presence of the caller name reduces horizontal space. Operators names get truncated too aggressively, especially in small monitors, resulting in multiple cards showing labels like “Mar…”, “Mar…”, “Mar…”.
    This makes it difficult to distinguish between operators.

Expected behavior:

  • Caller and operator names must remain readable at all times.
  • No overlapping or disappearing text.
  • Card and grid views should be visually consistent.
  • Layout should adapt properly during call states.
