NethVoice UI: Display certificate failure & Traefik restart messages for cluster-admin #7719

@Amygos

Description

@Amygos

Proposed Feature
Update the NethVoice frontend (UI) to comply with NS8 certificate management UX requirements: inform the cluster-admin user about certificate validation errors and display a Traefik restart warning, aligned with new backend signals and UX guidelines.

Purpose and Motivation
Cluster-admins must receive clear feedback during certificate operations to aid troubleshooting and align with NS8 consistency. The UI should present ACME/Let's Encrypt errors and warn if a Traefik restart is performed (e.g., after cleanup), as described in UX mockups and platform guidance.

Proposed Solution

  • Implement UI logic to listen for and show certificate validation errors ("newcert_acme_error") received from backend/actions.
  • Display a visible warning message when a Traefik restart event is signaled (after certificate cleanup).
  • Follow NS8 UX mockups/guidelines for visual consistency and admin clarity.

Alternative Solutions

  • Maintain current UI (no explicit feedback/warning). This limits admin awareness and contradicts new UX standards.
