Allow for different SAC rates for working portion of the dive and the deco portion of the dive. #58
Description
Currently there is only 1 SAC rate, would be nice if we could differ between working SAC and deco SAC. When I'm just hanging around doing deco my SAC is considerably lower then when I'm in the working/bottom part of my dive.
