Need functional support to convert trajectory xml files to csv files

A lab user manually tracked particles using Trackmate and saved the output as the default xml file.

As diff_classifier uses a manual function to create a csv file that is not available in the GUI version of Trackmate, it isn't possible atm to use these xml files in downstream workflows. Need a function to convert to csv.
