** Plot data used in KSTAR analysis**
After KSTAR is run and we are plotting KSTAR results, add ability to understand dataset evidence used for those. This will include understanding number of sites in data columns and the overlap between sites.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Decide on what will be uploaded to plotting software. Options: Binarized experiment and/or the combination of the MAPPED dataset and the threshold and method (technically the mapped dataset and code flags used for binarization should always return the binarized experiment).
• Add the determined files/info for upload with KSTAR activities and FPR file.
• Add plot(s) for viewing number of sites in each column
• Consider/add number of sites to the dot plots themselves or histogram (survey group on what is most useful options)
• Jaccard Index column-by-column comparison of overlap (check with group on what is the most useful way to visualize/report the overlap between data columns).

Additional context
We should match the saved data by KSTAR to make it very easy for people to use these plotting tools (e.g. reduce file saves to the local machine, maybe even change the file names).

@knaegle Currently there are functions for adding evidence sizes to the dotplot directly, although this may not have been wrapped into the plotting app. Is there something else you would like to see (besides Jaccard index plot), or is this more about integrating it into the app?

@srcrowl this ticket is is about integration into the app. However, it's a good opportunity to review our help documentation for the non-app implementations of these features as well.
