[Bug]: All slim list best practices listed not yet supported

Describe the bug

Running the slim list command, I see best practices such as SLIM-2.1 or SLIM-2.2. Neither of these is actually supported by the code.

What did you expect?

I expect every best practice listed by SLIM CLI to be supported.

Reproducible steps

1. Run slim list
2. Run slim apply --best-practice-ids SLIM-2.1 SLIM-2.2 --repo-urls <YOUR_REPO_HERE>
3. Notice errors such as:

   2025-03-17 18:04:04,041 - WARNING - SLIM best practice SLIM-2.2 not supported.
   2025-03-17 18:04:04,041 - ERROR - Failed to apply best practice SLIM-2.2
