Tokenizer adding frames to NPC's, after I remove them?[(pf2e]

If I remove the frame for a vehicle, the token appears as normal when dragged onto the map.

But if I remove the frame for an NPC and drag the token onto the map, it appears with a frame. I have gone into the settings for Tokenizer, and unchecked "Add a frame to the token when opened". But is still continues to happen.

I don't understand why I cannot remove the frame for NPC's. . .

Based on advice from Reddit, I tried the checking the options “Reset Token Scaling” and “Force Disable Dynamic Token Ring”, and unchecked "Add a colored layer by Default", and still have the issue.

Other mods I have on the pf2e game are Carousel Combat Tracker, Dice So Nice, Dice Tray, and Popout.

I suspect this is dynamic token rings forcing itself onto NPCs that have mappings in various pf2e modules.

The settings recommended on Reddit are needed, but will only be applied to an actors token settings when modified.

have you modified the token image after updating these settings?

After you have made the change, in the token settings, is the dynamic token disabled?

Same issue after making the changes. I decided to make a video to show what was happening, and noticed that whenever I unclick "Ring Enabled" and update token, "Ring Enabled" is still checked.

In this video you don't open Tokenizer to save/change the token. Tokenizer only adjusts the settings when it saves a token within Tokenizer. If something is resetting your changes to tokens here, it isn't Tokenizer.

The frame is the dynamic token ring, the first video show that something is enabling this, even when you change it on the prototype settings, that is why it's appearing.

In the first video you go into the prototype tojen settings, untick the Ring Enabled, click update token, but when you drag it out it is enabled again. Tokenizer isn't involved in this bit. Another module must be forcing dynamic tokens onto all your actors.

Try disabling all your modules to see if this still happens when everything is disabled.

If not, then use the module Find the Culprit to track down what is causing it.
