Cannot delete temporary actor

Describe the bug
When attempting to import, a console message pops up that the user does not have permission to delete the temporary actor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open PC sheet
2. Click on Pathmuncher in the title bar
3. Enter code provided by Pathbuilder
4. See error

foundry.mjs:37909 Error: User The Watcher lacks permission to delete Actor [n85fbQ7yAfwXK6tw]

Environment:

• Chrome and Firefox
• Foundry Version 13.345
• Pathfinder System Version [7.3.1]
• Module Version [1.3.9]
• Does this behaviour occur with other modules disabled: Unable to check at this time

Additional context
Players are "Trusted Player" and have "Create Actor" granted.

Unfortunately there was a permission change in v13 which means only GM users can now delete actor's.

Could you please implement a workaround, where a _pathmuncher Folder is used (or created if it doesn't exist yet), and it stores the temporary characters there without deleting them to allow the pathmuncher import to continue? The GM could just delete that folder (or leave harmlessly it out of sight) on a regular basis.
