Opnatt - mac addr on ngeth0 is not changing #74

Hello,
I was trying to move from pfsense since the supplicant isn't working, but I think I'm getting stuck at the ngeth0 not spoofing the mac address. The spoof mac address starts F0:xx but the ngeth0 is showing up as a 59:xx address.
I've added the spoof address to the script and wpa_supplicant file, so I'm not sure where the breakdown is. This is a test rig on a mini pc with a realtek nic, but other people seem to be using realtek on supplicant. Any advice or places to start looking would be appreciated.
