Suggestion: Productivity Tracker / Report #4
Description
First off. Plugin is excellent! I love it in its simplicity.
Could I be provided with a productivity tracker?
I would love to be able to do /ticket productivity and I would get something along the lines of:

Claimed, closed and assigned could have different colors. Assigned could appear whether or not the user has the permission mmctickets.staff, just to keep things simple but the list of users listed would be whoever has either made a change (assign, closed, or claimed) to a ticket
I could then also do /ticket productivity and it show me something like this:

It would be even nicer to be able to hover over the staff person's name and be able to either click on it to get the individual productivity report or have it display the bits in a hover message.
This would be just to make sure one staff member isnt handling all the tickets and the rest are just sitting on their hands.
