Clue plugin issue—Clues at a certain height are unsolvable 

Clues at a particular height (I have not tested in what height this issue arises) are not able to be solved due to the crime scene area being lower than the actual clue, the bugged clue I examined was at y level 114 but was not able to be picked up by a detective due to not being contained within the crime scene. Additionally the case can be reported multiple times, duplicate cases arise.
