[Prompt API] Edge version 142 will only download the full phi-4 never phi-4-mini, even if i specify the model I want to be 'microsoft/Phi-4-mini' or 'microsoft/Phi-4-mini-instruct'. Copilot says this is deliberate and can't be changed but it seems like a bug on the server side to me. This is really holding up testing local-AI-using apps in Edge whereas there are no such problems testing Nano in the current version of Chrome. I would prefer releasing the Chrome and Microsoft Store versions at the same time instead of being forced to release the Chrome version first. I don't care if Phi-4-mini working in Edge is unofficial, I just want to at least test to see what Edge with Phi-4-mini can do and if my API calls needed to be tailored for Edge.
