Steps to reproduce

1. Go to home page
2. Click on "Developer (DVL) Certification" (https://www.microstrategy.com/education/courses/developer-on-demand-dvl-certification)
3. Observe 404 error page

Implement 3rd party bad link scanner or integrate website more deeply with content or intends to link to.
