Issue opening the XML files of completed forms

Hello,

I have been using your software to design a survey form. When the form has been filled in it is saved as an XML and that all works fine. However when I try to reopen the XML file using Lingua Data, the window appears blank and I'm not able to see the form or any of the data collected.

When opening the XML using another programme I can see the information is there. It is only when opening it with Lingua Data that is an issue.

Any ideas what might be causing this error?

What is Lingua Data? I found http://lingua-data.com/ but it doesn't seem to be relevant.

Lingua Data is the company through which I sell an application that adds a user interface to this open-source code. The website is linguadata.nl.
