Futurewarning: Using a non-tuple sequence for multidimensional indexing is deprecated #28
Description
When running Network3.py I go the following error:
FutureWarning: Using a non-tuple sequence for multidimensional indexing is deprecated; use arr[tuple(seq)] instead of arr[seq]. In the future this will be interpreted as an array index, arr[np.array(seq)], which will result either in an error or a different result.
yk[[region_slices[i][r[i]] for i in xrange(nd)]])
I think it is because Theano has updated since the code was written but I don't know what to change to fix the error
