Build as DLL / Publish through Nuget

Hey there. I'd love to add this library to Nuget somehow, I'll see if I can manage this some time soon. In the meantime, you should either drop the code directly into your project, or built it separately as a DLL and use that instead.

I used the second solution.

1. I opened the folder with Rider
2. Build (select build menu option then build solution) -> The dll will be in the bin/debug directory of the project

Publishing on NuGet is not too terribly difficult. I have published a couple and would be willing to help, let me know what is blocking this. In the meantime, we have to create and maintain our own internal NuGet package in our own package repository. Doesn't make sense for each consumer to do this.
