Edit variables from the watch panel

VS Code (now) supports editing variables from the watch panel: microsoft/vscode#130170
From my understanding it should be fairly easy to implement: microsoft/vscode-mock-debug@62f636d

There is a closed issue for this topic, as VSCode did not support this feature at the time: #345
