Add 'edit report' link #3
Description
Right now, to edit a report from the infowindow the user has to click view report, edit the data, save the report, and then return to the map. It would be much easier if there was an 'edit report' link that brought them right to the editing page. Alternatively (and better but would take more coding), an ajax/js window that pops up for editing the basic features of the page.
