Update mapnik version in README

This version of the library was tested with commit 01c6b422 from Mapnik master.

Commit 01c6b422 does not yet contain mapnik/view_transform.hpp, resulting in a failing build.
Could you please update the commit id to what you are currently using?

Mapnik version tracking is a pain.

5af1c1c is when we updated mapnik-vector-tile, pulling in mapbox/mapnik-vector-tile@c8af4b8. based on the dates, 035a9478926de51ce1a91d8bd99944596b24e9fd might work. On Monday I'll check what version we're pulling in with our internal build.

#59 is a PR that worked on what was most recent at the time except for the testsuite, which failed compiling.

Thanks! I am using cdf6cf6e99a81792632a4453a2f25da9e0aabf0f for now, which seems to solve the Mapnik related issues. Still need to figure out some boost (1.56) related build issues.

Boost 1.56 or later isn't packaged with most distributions.

Thanks for your fast responses! I was missing the increased boost vector size. It successfully builds now.

I updated this part of the README in pull request #61 without changing the Mapnik version (still using mapnik/mapnik@cdf6cf6).
