Can't uninstall pack for some reason

Server info:

• Software: Leaf 1.21.8 build 140
• BetterStructures: 2.0.4 (downloaded from SpigotMC)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upload betterstructures_modules_dungeons_free_pack_v2.zip file to /<srvdir>/plugins/BetterStructures/imports
2. Join server and run /bs reload
3. Run /bs setup
4. Click onto the installed pack (which is green glass pane, because it's installed) to uninstall (as written in lore of this item in this GUI)
5. Get this:

Because i am on linux ubuntu, i have tried next:

• run server as root (all permissions granted)
• some other tweaking with permissions, but i am sure this is not a problem as it extracted the zip properly in some other subdirectories of BetterStructures plugin
