[REQUEST] Scrollable Combat Dialog #451

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you engage multiple different parties in vanilla or face off several champions, the combat dialog on the world map will not be able to display all of them at once.
This happens way more often when we consider mods, which add plenty of new enemy types.
As a result you dont have all the information.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make the center part of the combat dialog, with the list of all enemies, scrollable, once more than the maximum displayable amount of enemies are present
