Installation from binary package (without a compiler)

I created binary packages for Windows and Mac. They are included in the releases already.

Todo:
* Update the readme.md to explain how to install the binary package
* better naming of the binary packages, so that it is clear which binary is for which operating system

We can do a release next week, when we hopefully fixed the directory-bug.
