Exporting to predictions to DICOM

This would be a "nice to have". Currently we map back to the nifti, but some users have requested the pipeline exports predictions to DICOM for integration with PACS.

One solution would be to integrate this https://github.com/patrickhales/voxelDesk/blob/main/vxd_make_dicom.py into the pipeline.
