Docs Link in Registration email is outdated

Describe the bug
When a user registers they get a welcome email, the User Guides link is old and outdated.

Thank you for registering with the Multi-Mission Algorithm and Analysis Platform (MAAP)!

Your account is pending activation by a MAAP Administrator. Once your account is activated, you will have access to the MAAP Algorithm Development Environment (ADE). If you have a question about your account's activation, email support@maap-project.org.

In the meanwhile, to learn how to get started with MAAP after your account is activated, visit our User Guides. If you have an idea to help us improve MAAP, or encounter an issue while using MAAP, submit an issue report on our GitHub Account.
