Card and Dice graphics not working since update

Hi, Since the update that added Dice Duels, I am only getting "placeholder" icons instead of actual card and dice graphics. Tried refreshing and even clearing my cache (which cost me my daily bonus streak). Tried closing and reopening Chrome browser.
