Subtitle

Starts with Hash of length < 1 on a new line, followed by Space parsed as a [Paragraph]

Heading

Starts with Hash of length < 7 on a new line, followed by Space.

Level is determined by the amount of Hash'es before Space.

Body can contain one or more:

• [Anchor]
• [String]
• [Subtitle]

Terminated by Terminator.

Example:

### Heading can contain an [anchor](#) or regular text.
# and **subtitle**

HTML equivalent:

<header>
  <h3>Heading can contain an <a href="#">anchor</a> or regular text.</h3>
  <p>and <b>subtitle</b></p>
</header>

Issues:

• I do not like the HTML equivalent. It feels wrong to have multiple header tags on one page. But I guess that is the best option we have https://www.w3.org/TR/2014/REC-html5-20141028/common-idioms.html
• I do not like the idea of subtitle not being part of the body.
  • Subtitle as a node that always starts
