Broken tree

Hi! Thanks for creating this amazing tool. I was playing with scFates and noticed that scf.pl.graph generated a broken tree, which I suspect is due to clusters being too far apart. Is this an issue? Please see example image below:

I also observed that when clusters are far apart, it is potentially an issue as it might suggest some numerical instability in the assignment of a specific segment. I would suggest to try out other parameters or dimensionality reduction
