Make it so Vigorous Assault grants additional stacks for running downhill #589

Description

Suggested Change:

  • negative height-difference between your start and end tile also count as distance for the calculation of Vigorous Assault
  • In other words: "Running downhill grants you additional stacks of 'Vigorous Assault' for each tile you moved downhill"
  • Running uphill does not grant- or cost anything. But moving uphill will nullify bonus gained from running downhill in the same turn.

Example:

  • There is one empty tile between Brother and Bandit.
  • Brother stands on a small hill (+1 tile height). The tile in between- and the tile Bandit is on are both on height 0.
  • Brother moves one tile down the hill next to Bandit
  • Result: Brother now has two stacks of Vigorous Assault buff (making his next attack 1 AP and 10% fatigue cheaper as if he'd travelled two tiles). One stack from the one tile moves & one stack from "running one tile downhill"

This suggestion is purely for flavor reasons and because it should be pretty easy to implement. Vigorous Assault is already a good perk. But this change will also not warp it into anything OP. It will hopefully add some more interesting decision making with the terrain in battles.
