Expose change history of name: unicode

It might be useful to have a way to access the history of the names associated with a unicode value. This could be used to update names for instance.

Maybe only store the unicode values with more than 1 name? The method in readGitHistory.py should not be used for finding individual values, but to create a table that can be used independently.
