Support for GTA V Expanded and Enhanced

Title says all. Will this be ported over to GTA5E some time? A number of mods depend on this framework such as Ped Selector.

The support for Expanded and Enhanced depends solely on ScriptHookVDotNet itself supporting Expanded and Enhanced. Once this support is provided, I will happily port it to E&E.

@justalemon Hey, I remembered I've read this some time ago, if you're not aware, ScriptHookVDotNetEnhanced supports Enhanced (and Legacy) and LemonUI works as-is so you don't need any extra effort to port it to Enhanced :).
