Circular Chart: "Days Left" Card

We should have a circular chart with "Days left" as the first card in the home view.

Doesn't have to look quite like this. There are a lot of libraries for doing this with react native (but usually without the capped ends.

Might be solved in #42, but should have prettier styling (maybe a drop shadow?)
