IMAQ Create helpers use static name

When you call Initialize Image the imaq image name is a string constant.  If you call the VI multiple times you get a ref to the same imaq image.  

I was going to use the vi twice for a quick easy way to get two different color image buffers.

We should either make it clear that these return the same buffer, or make the imaq image names unique.
